EPA’s 33/50 Program information, a voluntary program for industry reduction
of releases and transfers based on the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI).
Hampshire has supplied the Agency, as requested, with summary data and
compilations of participant information, chemical- and state-specific data,
and other characteristic information. The final report reflects data through

on usefulness of information submitted to EPA under the Toxic Substances
Control Act. Hampshire's careful analysis became the basis of Agency
